Finally, a deeply transformative step-by-step process that inspires you to stretch your mind, embrace your reality and manifest your dreams. Thrive on the guidance of an art therapist/coach and the support of a group. This really works! Led by the developer of ‘Create Your Life’ series, Renee Bures, who successfully uses this process with clients and in her own life. Inner Journey through Art
Thursdays 7:00 - 9:00pm
Let your creative spirit be heard! No art experience is necessary for this fascinating method of self-discovery. Feelings and thoughts are captured in images and interpreted through dialogue, writing or artwork. You control the intensity of exploration. Art Therapist, Renee Bures, engages you in a different art form and interpretation each week. $20/session includes materials. Please pre-register to reserve your space.

Let loose and create whatever your heart desires! Imagine making art in a studio that boasts tons of art supplies right at your fingertips. Materials range from paints, pastels and clay to found objects, fabric and wood. No art skills are required and no one judges your artwork (including you, right?). Very refreshing! We provide the materials and encourage your donation in support of our programs. Open to adults, teens and families. Please pre-register if you are a group of three or more.

Young Artists' Open Studio
Saturdays 10:00am - 12noon or 1:00 - 3:00pm (You select the date)
Just for kids... make your mark! No cookie cutter art projects or judgments here. These workshops begin with a theme and the kids then select from a variety of materials to complete their art task. While the structure encourages focus and safety, the open studio empowers kids to build decision-making and problem-colving skills. Sessions are well supervised, so adults are not required to be present. However, with a child's permission, adults are invited to join the creative process. Gather 3 or more kids together, ages 7-13, and you select the date. $20/person/session includes all materials.

Energy Connection!
NOW 1st Friday from 7:00 - 10:00pm 10/5/07, 11/2/07, 12/7/07
A lively gathering of creative adults sharing ideas, music and eats... come as you are and leave refreshed. Please bring a treat to share and music that moves you. Grab a beverege in the cafe, relax on the comfy sofas, and tune in to real people interested in fresh ideas. Marvel at the exhibit showcasing our community of studio artists. This event is FREE and open to all.

Friday Night Freedom!
Fridays 6:30 - 8:00pm (Please call for schedule)
This program provides positive social and expressive activities for adults with emotional, mental health, developmental or physical challenges (and their supporters). Areas of focus might be socialization, feelings expression or relaxation. Always a creative experience with films, games or art. $10/session includes all materials.
